One City Schools
We are partnered with One City Schools to reach and directly serve our target audience: Black and brown families in the Greater Madison area. About 85% of those enrolled at One City Schools are families of color. The One City Schools Foundation is the fiscal sponsor of OWN IT: Building Black Wealth.
Realtor Ambassadors
Professionals ready to address systemic racism in the real estate industry can commit to be an Ambassador for the OWN IT program. Ambassadors contribute a portion of each closing commission to the down payment fund. Learn more about the Ambassador Program.
Participating Brokers
Participating Brokers have agreed to help their agents contribute to the down payment fund. All brokers committed to social justice are encouraged to learn more about our Ambassador Program and opportunities to decrease the homeownership and wealth gaps for local families of color.
